Post one link in the group chat. Everyone answers I’m in, Maybe or Can’t make it. When you confirm, the same link becomes the team sheet: who has a place, who has paid, who is waiting for one.
9 in · 2 maybe · 1 out — 5 more make a game
A head count is only worth what its names are. So everyone answering a game signs in, and the count you see is people rather than taps on a shared link.
Change your answer as often as plans change. You cannot give it twice, and nobody can give it for you.
The roster lists the name on your account, not whatever was typed into a box that morning.
Sign in with an email or a mobile number and stay signed in for 30 days from your last visit. Next week's link opens straight onto the answer.
Pick the club and the time. The club remembers its format, venue and where to pay, so next week is a date and nothing else.
Paste it into the group chat. It is the only link anyone needs for this game.
People answer in a tap. You see who is in, who is a maybe, and why someone can't make it.
Everyone who said in gets a place, up to the cap. Past it they wait, and a dropout hands the place to the next in line.
The same link, three days later. Fourteen places, who has paid for theirs, and who is waiting — the team sheet the group chat used to be asked for, kept by the people on it. Paying can be a tap on the roster, by UPI.

One account does both — switch between Playing and Organizing at the top of every screen.
Create your club, set this week’s game and share the link. Confirm the side, mark who’s paid, and record the result when it’s done.
Sign in once to answer. Every game you have answered is on My Games, next one first — however many clubs you play with.
